| How our partnership works: |
| GreenDimes.com stops junk mail, protects your identity, and plants a tree for every memeber every month through Trees for the Future. Green Dimes members are sponsoring projects in Haiti, India, and Senegal, which are both planting trees and helping marginalized rural communities retain control of their land and their future. We will regularly post updates and pictures from these projects on this page. |

| Project Updates: |
 |
Senegal |
01/2007: John Leary is back in Senegal, visiting villages and current projects where we planted over 250,000 trees last year. He is also working on facilitating the transfer of Jatropha biofuels technology from Mali to Senegal.
04/2007: The program is busy in nursery season.

India |
| 01/2007: Gorav Seth, our South Asia Program Coordinator, will be in Tamil Nadu for 3 weeks beginning in late January, where he will be meeting with local partners, evaluating last years work, conducting training sessions, and looking to secure the planting of around 1 million trees this year. |
 |
Haiti |
| This program helps Haitian farmers integrate agroforestry technologies into their mountainside crop fields and to implement reforestation efforts. Reforestation helps address problems with soil fertility, flooding and depleted water supplies as well as providing income generating activities based on non-timber products. More updates coming soon. |
